We regularly and successfully deliver a variety of short and long trainings, single lectures, and/or coaching through workshops in areas where we have prior expertise.

Each programme is customised to meet specific needs but always follows an active learning methodology, with a strong focus on creating engagement for participants and high degree of practical relevance.

Trainings can be delivered both in-person and online. We have extensive experience in delivering interactive digital trainings and workshops across a range of platforms.

• Recurring guest lectures at the School of Global Studies, University of Gothenburg.
• Training in results-based management for civil society organisations in Ukraine, commissioned by the International Renaissance Foundation.
• Recurring lectures and workshops (with over 1,000 participants), both online and in-person, on how to use AI in everyday work.
• Training on how to lead digital meetings and workshops in an engaging way for members of the Anna Lindh Foundation.
